Each component requires a separate registration. Both Chesapeake components use the Battlefield Boulevard classroom when a Chesapeake session is listed; confirm each date independently.

Follow the exact instructions from your court, attorney, DMV or other referring authority. Confirm online acceptance before enrolling when attendance is court-related. Provider enrollment does not determine court acceptance.
Understand point eligibility
The 12-hour and 4-hour online RADEP courses do not provide +5 Virginia DMV safe-driving points. A qualifying 8-hour Driver Improvement course has separate eligibility rules. Do not assume every completion awards points.
Commercial-driver clinics are separate
These regular Driver Improvement courses do not satisfy a requirement to complete Virginia’s separate commercial driver improvement clinic for CDL holders. Confirm the appropriate commercial-driver course when that requirement applies.
Completion and documentation
Keep proof for every required component.
After successful completion, review your certificate for your legal name and course information. Retain a copy and follow your referring authority’s directions for submitting proof. If you complete two classroom RADEP components, keep the documentation for both parts.
Online RADEP certificates are processed and sent by email after successful completion. Leave time for the required coursework, certificate processing and submission before your deadline.

Does Chesapeake offer both classroom RADEP components?

How much does classroom RADEP cost?
Part 1 costs $100 cash and Part 2 costs $100 cash. The complete classroom pathway costs $200 total. If you already have an accepted Part 1 completion, the remaining classroom Part 2 costs $100 cash.
Can my eight-hour certificate come from another school?
Driver Training Solutions LLC accepts qualifying Virginia 8-hour Driver Improvement certificates from other schools for supplemental RADEP enrollment. The referring authority must also accept the completion toward your requirement. Bring your accepted certificate to Part 2.
What are the class hours?
Eight-hour Driver Improvement / Part 1 sessions run 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. Four-hour RADEP Part 2 sessions run 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Check your selected listing and confirmation.
What should I bring to Chesapeake?
