The 8-Hour Driver Improvement Course also serves as RADEP Part 1 for students completing the 12-Hour Classroom RADEP Program.
Driver Improvement and RADEP are related programs, but students should register for the specific course required by their court, attorney, Virginia DMV, probation officer, or other referring authority.
Choose an 8-Hour Driver Improvement date when you need a standard Virginia Driver Improvement Clinic or when you need RADEP Part 1.
Complete RADEP requires both the 8-Hour Driver Improvement component and the additional 4-Hour RADEP Part 2 component.
Choose a RADEP Part 2 date if you have already completed an acceptable 8-Hour Driver Improvement component and only need the additional four-hour RADEP portion.
Browse upcoming classes by date, or filter by course or city. Past dates disappear automatically using Virginia’s Eastern time. Today’s classes remain listed through the end of the day. 8-Hour Driver Improvement also satisfies RADEP Part 1. Complete classroom RADEP requires both Part 1 and Part 2, with a separate registration for each.
Classroom courses are scheduled throughout Southside Hampton Roads, providing convenient options for students from Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Suffolk, and surrounding communities.
